Our services for small & medium sized companies in the construction sector.

John W Beeston, Do-little Consulting Ltd and Q2 Ltd have teamed up with the WMCCE (West Midlands Centre for Construction Excellence) to provide professional service support for Construction related SMEs within the West Midlands.

As delivery partners we will be providing business assists for SMEs in the region. These include:

Our Approach:

 

Ø      We will work with SMEs on a 1:1 basis providing targeted support for the business.

Ø      We will work with groups of SMEs providing an environment where the companies can benefit from a mix of group activities and 1:1 support.

Ø      We will work with larger organisations to improve their supply chains. To identify weaknesses. Then we will work with groups of suppliers providing a multiplier effect on the overall supply chain.

Ø      To promote these services we will conduct introductory Master Classes.

Throughout these activities we will promote the use of Business Agility.
