Specification
Summary: The Marketing Troubleshooter will take you from (possibly) no marketing process at all to the point of having a clear market development process and sales pipeline process. In addition, you will have identified the weak points and the improvement actions needed.
This is done in two 2 hr sessions, 1 week apart, with 24/7 support between the sessions.
Session 1: This is in three parts: Part 1 is a review of your business needs and your existing sales & marketing activity. Part 2 is an introduction to a simple 8 step sales and marketing process. Part 3 is an identification of the issues to be addressed in the next week.
“The week”: During the week you work on possible solutions, using our 24/7 supporting web service plus daytime email/telephone Q&A as required to develop your ideas on the key issues.
Session 2: This is in two parts: Part 1 reviews the week’s activity and confirms the appropriate actions. Part 2 establishes 9/18 month improvement plans and the measures to monitor performance.
